UCD Campus Biosafety Training Requirement

“UC Davis Biosafety Level 2 Online Training” (LMS)  and:

School of Veterinary Medicine Training Requirement(s)

“SVM Biowaste Handling and Disposal” (ILT) and/if package/transport to site:

“SVM USDOT 49CFR Transportation of Regulated Medical Waste” (ILT)

Training- Initial class attendance- required annual training using PowerPoint, handouts, notes.  

- class attendance @ 3 years [campus(EHS) and SVM]

NOTE: This the Biowaste Handling and 49CFR classes have been replaced by UC DAVIS MEDICAL WASTE MANAGEMENT in order to facilitate access to training. If your lab would still like to discuss Medical Waste disposal regarding specific practices, please contact:
