Injuries
Workers Compensation provides compensation for any employee who sustains an injury or illness at work. Under the law, an injured employee is entitled to immediate first aid and complete medical care at no cost. It is important to follow proper reporting procedures to insure an employee his/her right to the benefits under the law. All injuries, illnesses, or exposures should be officially reported.
